Refresher Specific Training for Workers (LOW Risk)
Article 37, paragraphs 1 and 2 of Legislative Decree 81/2008 establish the obligation for all workers to receive training on workplace safety. The State-Regions Agreement of 21/12/2011, in detailing the methods for providing such training, stipulates that each worker must receive general training and specific training on the risks characteristic of their particular activity.
The State-Regions Agreement of July 7, 2016, stipulated that the refresher training for specific workers in LOW-risk sectors can be delivered entirely via e-learning.
