Ebvolutio. The ideal partner for your company's evolution
Our mission is to promote the safety, training, and well-being of employees within your company. We are constantly committed to providing high-quality training programs to enhance the culture of workplace safety. Our core values guide every aspect of our work, ensuring a safe workplace.
Where we can make a difference
HSE - Occupational Health and Safety
A safe workplace is a place where people work better.
Our expertise is at the service of employers so that together we can build a safe working environment, through analysis, assessments, and monitoring of operational procedures, and where this culture is instilled in all employees.
Engineering and Architectural Design
You cannot conceive of architecture without thinking about people.
Architecture serves people: we help them put their ideas on paper and then ensure that these designs are not just projects, but become realities in which to live and find wonder every day.
Construction Safety Coordination
The future always begins on a construction site.
We started our business in the rising city of Milan, where every street has a different construction site. Our work is guided by two pillars: client satisfaction and ensuring a safe construction site; both pillars rest on a single foundation: coordination with the various stakeholders in the construction process.
Fire Safety Design
Shouting 'fire' doesn't put out the fire. The most effective weapon against fire is prevention, which begins with meticulous design, correct execution, and effective maintenance. Fire safety design accompanies all three of these project phases, and our mission is to assist the responsible party in each of them.
Our most popolar services
RSPP
The Prevention and Protection Service (PPS) is the tool an employer uses to analyze risks present in the company and define prevention and protection measures. Relying on an external professional to act as the Head of the PPS ensures an expert and up-to-date approach to guaranteeing safety standards within the workplace.
Risk Assessment Document
The DVR analyzes the risks present in the company and evaluates the prevention and protection measures to be adopted. It is a mandatory document in all workplaces with at least one employee.
Periodic Renewal of Fire Safety Compliance
The periodic fire safety compliance renewal is a certification that must be periodically submitted by owners of activities subject to Fire Prevention regulations.
Our most popular training courses
Fire Safety Personnel Training - Level 2
Fire Safety Officer Training Course - Level 2_FOR, formerly Medium Risk. The course includes 5 hours of theoretical training and 3 hours of practical exercises with fire extinguishers and hoses. The course concludes with a learning assessment test.
Fire Warden Training Level 3
Fire Safety Officer Training Course - Level 3, formerly High Risk. The course includes 12 hours of theoretical training and 4 hours of practical exercises with fire extinguishers, hoses, and PPE. A learning assessment test is also part of the course. To obtain certification, a theoretical-practical exam must be taken at the Fire Department Command.
General Worker Training
General safety training for workers is part of the mandatory training that an employer must provide to their staff. The course is delivered via E-Learning and lasts 4 hours.

The Risk Assessment Document, or DVR, is always mandatory when at least one worker, in addition to the Employer, is present in a workplace. In the case of companies with multiple locations, a DVR must be drawn up for each location where workers are present.
DPR 151/2011, Annex I, lists the activities subject to Fire Prevention.
The 80 subject activities are then classified into categories A, B, and C, where Category A is the lower risk, and Category C is the higher risk.
The Single Document for the Assessment of Interferences Risks is mandatory when a contracting company or self-employed workers are entrusted with carrying out work or services within one's workplace for a duration exceeding 5 man-days (if specific risk work, DUVRI is always mandatory). It is not mandatory, however, when, regardless of duration, it refers to contracts solely for the supply of goods or intellectual services, or if, for low-risk work and workplaces, a supervisor is always present.
The classification of a company as Low, Medium, or High Risk for safety purposes can be determined based on its activity. Annex 2 of the State-Regions Agreement of 11/01/2012 correlates the risk level with the ATECO codes of various activities.
The Workers' Safety Representative is a figure that must be designated by the workers even when there is only one in the company: in this case, they will either fill the role themselves or an external RLS, known as a Territorial RLS (RLST), will be appointed:
