Fire Safety Personnel Training - Level 2
The training course Fire Safety Officers - Level 2_FOR is aimed at workers who are part of the emergency team in a workplace classified as Medium Risk for fire safety purposes.
Fire Safety Officers must attend specific courses as required by Ministerial Decree 2/9/2021, which outlines three training levels: 1_FOR (formerly Low Risk), 2_FOR (formerly Medium Risk), 3_FOR (formerly High Risk).
The determination of the risk level, which allows for identifying the most appropriate course for emergency team members, stems from the fire risk analysis conducted by the Employer (DdL) together with their consultants, including the Head of the Prevention and Protection Service (RSPP), also taking into account the provisions of points 3.2.2, 3.2.3, and 3.2.4 of Annex III of Ministerial Decree 2/9/2021.
Our fire safety training courses cover the content outlined in Annex III of Ministerial Decree 2/9/2021, including, in addition to a theoretical component, a practical exercise in extinguishing a fire using extinguishers and a drill to become proficient with the use of fire hydrant hoses.
At the end of the course, a learning test will be conducted for the issuance of the Fire Safety Officer - Level 2_FOR certificate. The certificate is valid for five years, after which a refresher training course will be required.
