Specific Worker Training Refresher (MEDIUM Risk)
Article 37, paragraphs 1 and 2 of Legislative Decree 81/2008 establish the obligation for all workers to receive training on workplace safety. The State-Regions Agreement of 21/12/2011, in detailing the methods for providing such training, stipulates that each worker must receive general training and specific training on the risks inherent to their particular activity.
The State-Regions Agreement of July 7, 2016, stipulated that therefresher training for specific workers in MEDIUM risk sectors can be delivered entirely via e-learning.
RENEWAL
Specific Training must be renewed every five years.
COURSE CONTENT
The topics covered in the Medium Risk Specific Training course are revisited, with particular attention to regulatory developments.
In-depth analyses of specific activity-related risks and prevention and organizational issues are covered.
The course includes intermediate tests to verify understanding of the topics covered.
