RLS Refresher (< 50 employees)
The Workplace Safety Representative (RLS) is a role that the legislator has given particular importance to. Indeed, through their RLS, workers participate in safety management processes and in identifying prevention and protection measures.
In compliance with Article 37, paragraphs 10 and 11 of Legislative Decree 81/2008, the RLS in companies with 15 to 50 employees must receive annual refresher training lasting at least 4 hours.
TARGET AUDIENCE
This refresher course is intended for duly elected Workers' Safety Representatives in companies with fewer than 50 employees.
RENEWAL
RLS training has three different renewal requirements based on the number of employees in the company:
- Companies with up to 15 employees: refresher duration not specified by law;
- Companies with 15 to 50 employees: 4 hours of annual refresher training;
- Companies with over 50 employees: 8 hours of annual refresher training.
COURSE CONTENT
The topics covered in the RLS Training course are revisited, with particular attention to regulatory developments.
In-depth studies on specific activity risks and prevention and organizational topics are covered.
The course includes intermediate tests to verify understanding of the topics covered.
