RLS Refresher > 50 workers

The Company Workers' Safety Representative (RLS) is a figure that legislators have given particular importance to. Through their RLS, workers participate in safety management processes and the identification of prevention and protection measures.

In accordance with Article 37, paragraphs 10 and 11 of Legislative Decree 81/2008, the RLS in companies with more than 50 employees must receive annual refresher training lasting at least 8 hours.

TARGET AUDIENCE

This refresher course is intended for Workers' Safety Representatives, who have been duly elected, in companies with more than 50 employees.

RENEWAL

RLS training offers three different renewal methods based on the number of employees in the company:

• Companies with up to 15 employees: refresher duration not specified by law;
• Companies with 15 to 50 employees: 4 hours of annual refresher training;
• Companies with over 50 employees: 8 hours of annual refresher training.

COURSE CONTENT

The topics covered in the RLS Training course are revisited, with particular attention to regulatory developments.

In-depth studies on specific activity-related risks and on prevention and organizational issues are addressed.

The course includes intermediate tests to verify understanding of the topics covered.
