RLS Training (Online)
The Workplace Safety Representative (RLS) is a role that the legislator has given particular prominence to. Indeed, through their RLS, employees participate in safety management processes and in identifying prevention and protection measures.
In compliance with Article 37, paragraphs 10 and 11 of Legislative Decree 81/2008, the RLS must receive initial training lasting no less than 32 hours.
TARGET AUDIENCE
The course is intended for Workplace Safety Representatives who have been properly elected.
Following the entry into force of the State-Regions Agreement of July 7, 2016, this course is valid in e-learning mode if stipulated in the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) applicable to the employee.
For all other cases where the CCNL does not provide for online RLS training, the employee must attend the course in person.
RENEWAL
RLS training requires three different renewal options based on the number of employees in the company:
- Companies with up to 15 employees: update duration not specified by regulations;
- Companies with 15 to 50 employees: 4 hours of annual update training;
- Companies with over 50 employees: 8 hours of annual update training.

- Training for employers acting as RSPP;

- The employer, the manager, and non-delegable duties;

- The prevention and protection service and its head;
- The occupational health physician and health surveillance;
