Specific Worker Training (LOW Risk)
Article 37, paragraphs 1 and 2 of Legislative Decree 81/2008 establish the obligation for all workers to receive training on workplace safety. The State-Regions Agreement of 17/04/2025, in detailing the methods for providing such training, stipulates that each worker must receive general training and specific training on the risks characteristic of their particular activity.
RENEWAL
Unlike General Worker Training, Specific Training must be updated every five years.
COURSE CONTENT
The course covers the following topics:
- General introduction;
- Overview of risks specific to the sector;
- Signage;
- Occupational diseases and disorders specific to the sector.
The course includes intermediate tests to verify understanding of the topics covered.
