THE DESIGN PROCESS
The design process always begins with a consultation with the client and a site visit to the area of intervention.
Our understanding of the client's needs is fundamental to establishing a design that incorporates the key principles defined by the client.
We then study the client's requests and the area (for new construction) or property (for renovation) subject to intervention. After analyzing regulatory aspects and obligations, design proposals are defined and presented to the client.
The process is iterative and continuously evolving, starting from an architectural phase, where spatial division is primarily analyzed, and progressing to a constructive and detailed design, where not only finishing elements but also their arrangement and installation are examined.
THE EXECUTION
Architectural design reaches the important milestone of construction commencement, but it also continues throughout the building process to verify the correspondence between what is built and what was designed, or to define any variations during construction.
Our mission is to combine the client's wishes with the regulatory requirements set forth by various local, municipal, and national regulations.
We believe that good design, supported by technical and graphic documents, allows the client to visualize the work even before it is built.
